Eltima Port Virtualization Technology

With our USB over Ethernet solution you can

Share USB over IP/LAN/WAN/VLAN/VPN/Internet

Make your USB devices available over a LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet connection or any other network employing the IP protocol. Multiple users can access and enjoy the full functionality of remotely located printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment. Remote user access can be controlled by requiring passwords to be provided in order to connect to specific devices.

Connect USB devices to blade servers and virtual environments

If you are in need of a method to attach USB devices to your blade servers or virtual machines, USB Network Gate is the perfect solution. When you install the application on a guest OS like a virtual machine or blade server you get immediate access from the remote desktop. Many virtual environments such as Citrix, VMware, ESX, and Microsoft Hyper-V are fully supported by this flexible utility.

Use USB devices in RDP sessions

The Remote Desktop Protocol does not provide native support for accessing locally attached USB devices. USB Network Gate resolves this issue by enabling you to connect an RDP session to local USB devices. You can configure your remote session to immediately detect newly connected shared USB devices, making it appear as if they had been directly attached to the machine.
